Summary
The Vice President, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Programs is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, and financial performance of our quick service restaurant division. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the QSR industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities and trends to drive growth and innovation.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the division’s budget, financial performance, and profitability. Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Develop and implement programs to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and food quality.
- Uphold and enhance the company’s and our branded franchise partners reputation. Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the QSR industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role preferred.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
